This month, we’re talking to Investor Lab member, Don Clemons. In just a few years, Don has built an investment portfolio of traditional and short term rentals and launched a busy career as a real estate broker closing more than 30 deals in just a year and a half.

Don has laid the foundation for his success from the beginning and his background in multi-unit retail management has allowed him to mentor others just getting started. An active learner, avid student, and open educator, Don has been an inspiring leader within our community.
