On Tuesday, November 10, we’re interviewing Ian Reeves about building an investment portfolio and flipping business in the cash-flowing Midwest. A recovering 9-5’er, Ian worked in the corporate world as a mechanical engineer. Like many investors, Ian was drawn to the concepts of passive income and financial freedom and learned about real estate investing from the book Rich Dad Poor Dad and then the BiggerPockets platform. Over the last six years, Ian has used a variety of strategies to build a large rental portfolio and house flipping business.
