Join WFG’s Taryn Blanton for a Zoom Master Class, on Thursday, July 16 at 9 AM. Taryn will review the Homebuyer Protection Act and what it means for buyers and sellers. She’ll look at some early issues including construction and rehab and how these can be handled through escrow with a focus on holdbacks, and paying repairs in full prior to closing.
