We’ll be joined by Daniel Hayes, Property Manager of Real Property Management Solutions. Daniel will present on landlording in Yamhill County discussing both current realities and the post-pandemic outlook. He’ll cover SB 291 and its new guidelines for screening tenants and the most recent rental data for the area.
During the last half an hour, local leaders Ben Nelson and Anita Borgaes will facilitate deal analysis. So, bring a deal to work in person, submit your deal details ahead of time via email, or call in during the meeting. We can’t wait to collaborate with you.
