Jacob Espinoza is the Chief Entertainment Officer of Salem Center, leading the revitalization of downtown Salem’s anchor property in partnership with its new local ownership group. He is also the founder of What’s Happening Salem, a local media platform with 40,000+ Instagram followers and 10,000+ newsletter subscribers, and the author of How Parties Will Save the World. A former rapper and journalist with roots in Salem’s Chamber of Commerce, Jacob coaches youth basketball and has spent years building the kind of community infrastructure he now brings to downtown.
