Melissa is a retired social worker who fell in love with financial empowerment while working with marginalized populations in India and Uganda. In the past 4 years, she has used creative and low down payment financing to buy 10 units in Portland. She now co-leads a realtor team at Living Room Realty, called the Yascha Group, which grosses over a million a year doing 100+ transactions. She is also on track to attain financial freedom by age 35.
