Todd is a Vice President and Executive Coach at Building Champions, an executive coaching and leadership development company based here in Oregon. Todd will use all the tools at his disposal to teach, inspire, and hold our feet to the fire to get laser focused on what our targets are in 2024 and exactly how we can build a roadmap to get there.
