Mike Nuss

Mike co-founded Rarebird and Investor Lab. Using his expertise in valuing and negotiating, he has expanded his Portland portfolio to over 30mm.  A hobby economist, Mike makes moves through a uniquely comprehensive lens.

Scott Dalinger

As owner of Coast 2 Coast House Buyers, Scott wholesales homes in PDX + across the state of Oregon. He has also flipped 7 homes and currently manages 10 rentals.
