Daniel brings 10 years of real estate experience to Investor Lab. He started in sales in 2009 before moving to acquisitions a few years later where he sourced over one hundred properties for a large real estate investment firm in Southern California. In 2017, he made his move to Oregon in search of a better quality of life, and, in all honesty, he chased a girl who lived up here whom he later married. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business and has completed a certificate program in real estate finance, investments, and development. Daniel also holds real estate licenses in both California and Oregon.
In his spare time, he likes to play soccer, surf, snowboard, practice Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and fish. Daniel and his wife Racheal spend most of their time fixing up their old 1926 Irvington home that needs some TLC. Currently, the most exciting thing in his life is the recent installation of the kitchen sink, which means no more dishes in the bathtub.
